These are the most important and most neglected. Create cards that force you to prioritize:

"A nurse has four patients. Who do you assess first? A) A post-op patient reporting pain 6/10, B) A patient with oxygen saturation of 91%, C) A patient who needs their morning medications, D) A patient with a blood pressure of 150/90. Answer: {{c1::B — oxygen saturation of 91% represents a respiratory priority (ABCs). Pain and elevated BP can wait; hypoxia cannot.}}"

Common Mistakes Nursing Students Make with Anki
